Researchers from the NHS and Strathclyde University are looking for volunteers to take part in a study called MISSION. They are testing 2 treatments for insomnia in people who have chronic migraines. It is thought that improved sleep may have a beneficial effect on headaches.
The two treatments are both digital, which means you log on to a website to complete the treatment. During both treatments you will be told about sleep, the functions of it, and how to make changes to your environment and behaviours to lead to better sleep.
Participation would involve sleep and headache diaries, completing questionnaires and wearing an activity tracking watch.
All aspects of the study can be completed at home so there is no need to travel.
