We are currently recruiting for the DecodeME study which is the world’s largest ever Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) research project. It aims to see whether the disease is partly genetic and if so, help pinpoint what causes it. The study should help us understand the disease and ultimately find treatments.
DecodeMe needs tens of thousands of people to complete a questionnaire and provide a saliva sample so that the research team can study their DNA. You can complete the questionnaire and give the sample from home.
You will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your symptoms and experience. Then you may be asked for a saliva sample for DNA. If so - DecodeME will send you a kit in the post so you can provide your saliva sample and post it back from any post box, free of charge.
