Researchers in Tayside are looking for people with COPD to take part in a study. It will test a new drug called Astegolimab, to see if it reduces COPD symptoms and flare-ups.

In this study, one third of people will receive the study drug Astegolimab, one third will receive a placebo, and the last third will receive both the drug and placebo on alternating visits. This would be in addition to your normal COPD medication.
