The HEALTHINESS study is a survey that researchers at the University of Dundee are running. It aims to help researchers understand how a person’s social circumstances interact with their diabetes care, complications and diabetes control.
The survey should take a maximum of fifteen minutes to complete, and can be completed on a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone.
You can take part if:
· You are 18 years old or older
· You are able to read/speak/understand the English language
· You are able to understand and provide informed consent
· You are normally resident in NHS Tayside
· You have a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (any type)
