Researchers from Dundee University are conducting a study which aims to see if examining the blood vessels in the eye can be used as a marker to help predict the risk of cardiovascular diseases like stroke and heart attack.
They are looking for anyone who has any history of a stroke or heart attack to take part in the study.
You will be invited to attend a single visit to Ninewells Hospital, where you will have a blood sample taken and undergo some non-invasive vascular assessments, including eye imaging and ultrasound measurements. The visit will last around 2 and a half hours.
Travel expenses will be paid as necessary, and the hospital can reserve a parking space outside the Clinical Research Centre if you wish to book one in advance.
